We currently do not offer refunds as a small business. However, if something needs fixing, we’ll always listen and make it right — because happy customers make us better
As a scheduled service, your pickup will be on the next available route day, with delivery typically within 3 days or less
Yes! For an additional fee, we offer same-day service — 10% of that fee goes to our “Families in Need” fund.
We handle pet hair with care and charge a small additional fee. We take steps to ensure our equipment stays fresh and clean for everyone.
Your folded laundry will be returned in our reusable Lilac Fresh tote to keep everything perfectly neat. Use the tote for your next pickup—it’s eco-friendly and stylish.
We wanted to build a convenient, community-driven laundry service that helps people reclaim their time while contributing to local well-being.
Yes! Our gift packages include a tote, account setup, and optional pet hair coverage — the perfect gift that’s practical and thoughtful.
We do! Baby clothes receive gentle care and hand-folding with a small upcharge. However, we do not handle items with bodily fluids per our Terms & Conditions.
